Sustainability is now at the forefront of the building services sector and growing in importance within the construction industry. The European Unions 'Energy Performance of Buildings Directive' (EPBD) makes sustainability a reality. Energy Solutions Associates appreciate all projects are different and have diverse needs; however, our aims and objectives are to reduce energy consumption, through design, Commissioning and Operation which ultimately lead towards the lowest building emissions where possible.

Changes to the building regulations in (updated in October 2010) have brought great challenges and opportunities for building services engineering and the built environment.
